The family behind it

Made by hand.
By the Panchals.

Panchal is a craftsman name — generations of carpenters, blacksmiths, goldsmiths working with their hands. We make food the same way.

Pankaj Panchal brought the family kitchen to Davao. Recipes from Gujarat and the wider North — chaats from the streets of Bombay, biryanis simmered six hours, breads pulled from the tandoor, curries that take a whole afternoon. Then the restobar pours.

Indian street food in a box — eat with your hands, drink properly, stay for a while.
